Nationwide, CAP has:

◆ 570 aircraft and over 1,036 vehicles owned by CAP
◆ Over 14,000 VHF‐FM and HF interoperable radios
◆ Fixed digital radio network with over 670 repeaters
◆ 133 tactical (portable) repeaters
◆ 900 ground teams
◆ Over 500 chaplains nationwide
To become qualified to help in operational missions, cadets and senior members complete training with many achieving FEMA-readiness. CCS trains with other squadrons in the Oregon and Pacific CAP wings to help provide a coordinated ground and air response in the event of a local disaster. CCS is committed to Readiness to assist its community.
