Thank you for your interest in Civil Air Patrol, we're excited to meet you! As a part of the process for joining CAP, we ask that you visit three of our meetings so that you have the opportunity to see different areas of emphasis in our program. We meet on Monday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm in Building 170 on the Portland Air National Guard Base (6801 NE Cornfoot Rd. Portland, OR 97218). Meeting on the base is a privilege and gives us the unique opportunity to see a working military base in action. It also means that security is high. If you would like to visit our squadron, please contact Lt Col Scott Maguire via email at scott.maguire@orwgcap.org to be added to the gate list.
SPECIAL COVID-19 UPDATE: The safety of our members and guests is our highest priority. CCS has resumed in-person meetings with COVID-19 protocols in place. We are carefully following CAP Oregon Wing guidance. Guests are welcome. Please contact Lt Col Scott Maguire, Recruiting and Retention Officer, or 1st Lt Todd Felix, Squadron Commander, for additional information.
